Terms & Conditions

Review the service terms, cancellation policy, and wait time policy that apply to all Trade & Transit bookings.

Terms of Service

  1. 1.

    Services: T&T Chauffeur is a network of independent, high-end chauffeurs providing luxury ground transportation. When you book a ride, you are engaging our community to coordinate a chauffeur on your behalf. Each chauffeur adheres to these terms.

  2. 2.

    Booking & Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and wait time policies.

  3. 3.

    Responsibility: T&T Chauffeur coordinates rides, but each chauffeur is responsible for operating their vehicle safely and professionally. We strive to ensure consistency across our network.

  4. 4.

    Wait Time Policy: See the wait time policy below.

  5. 5.

    Disputes: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of our operating state and resolved through arbitration or the appropriate local court.

Cancellation & Wait Time Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • If a client is a no-show when the chauffeur arrives, the deposit is forfeited.

Airport Pickups (Commercial Terminals)

  • Complimentary Wait Time: 30 minutes after the flight arrives at the gate (domestic or international).
  • Additional Wait Time: $1.5 per minute thereafter.

FBO (Private Terminals)

  • Complimentary Wait Time: 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional Wait Time: $2 per minute thereafter.

Regular Addresses (Homes, Hotels, Offices, etc.)

  • Complimentary Wait Time: 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional Wait Time: $2 per minute thereafter.

Spot Time for All Trips

Drivers are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time to ensure a seamless experience.
