Terms of Service

Services: T&T Chauffeur is a network of independent, high-end chauffeurs providing luxury ground transportation. When you book a ride, you are engaging our community to coordinate a chauffeur on your behalf. Each chauffeur adheres to these terms.
- 2.
Booking & Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and wait time policies.
- 3.
Responsibility: T&T Chauffeur coordinates rides, but each chauffeur is responsible for operating their vehicle safely and professionally. We strive to ensure consistency across our network.

- 5.
Disputes: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of our operating state and resolved through arbitration or the appropriate local court.
Cancellation & Wait Time Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.
- If a client is a no-show when the chauffeur arrives, the deposit is forfeited.
Airport Pickups (Commercial Terminals)
- Complimentary Wait Time: 30 minutes after the flight arrives at the gate (domestic or international).
- Additional Wait Time: $1.5 per minute thereafter.
FBO (Private Terminals)
- Complimentary Wait Time: 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Additional Wait Time: $2 per minute thereafter.
Regular Addresses (Homes, Hotels, Offices, etc.)
- Complimentary Wait Time: 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Additional Wait Time: $2 per minute thereafter.
Spot Time for All Trips
Drivers are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time to ensure a seamless experience.
